Rhamphorhynchus portrait

Detail from a lateral-view reconstruction of the well-known Jurassic pterosaur Rhamphorhynchus. I don't love the whole body painting I did (it's a bit static, among other things) but I'm pretty proud of the head. I made this a few years ago for the website Pteros. Coloration is based on seabirds like auklets.
